Data Deletion Instructions

Helix SEO uses Meta lead ads, website forms, and related lead routing tools to help people request information from our team or from clients whose marketing we manage.

If you submitted your information through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a Helix SEO website form, or a related lead capture experience and would like that information deleted, please send a deletion request to [email protected].

Please include the name, email address, and phone number you used when submitting the form, plus the business, Facebook Page, or ad you responded to if you know it. This helps us find the correct lead record without requesting unnecessary extra information.

After we receive and verify your request, we will delete or anonymize matching lead records from active Helix SEO systems and ask any relevant client recipient to remove their copy where applicable. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
